Design Concept
The architectural study highlights planning intent—verandas, the open courtyard, guest circulation, and a calm progression from room to room.
Village serenity meets modern comfort
serenity, thoughtful comfort, & modern care
Shesher Kobita is envisioned as an intimate retreat for reflection, rest, and reconnection—framed by courtyards, books, gardens, prayer access, and practical proximity to Dhaka and modern geriatric healthcare.
Everything needed for a comfortable, cultured, and restorative stay
The Shesher Kobita concept pairs open-air village stillness with a refined hospitality experience. The architecture centers around a courtyard so each room feels connected to sunlight, conversation, and gardens while maintaining a gentle sense of privacy.
Its visual language draws directly from the logo—layered greens, crisp white space, and deep charcoal accents—to create an atmosphere that feels restorative, elegant, and easy to inhabit.

Greenery, open sky, filtered light, and a slower pace shape a deeply restful atmosphere.
A welcoming arrival area, accessible cafeteria and flexible shared spaces support family visits and day-to-day comfort.
Reading, reflective walks, courtyard gatherings, gardening moments, and peaceful creative time fill the day gently.
Our goal is to build an affordable living facility for the elderly at a small scale. So, the number of seats is limited.
